How to order
To place an order, simply find the product you would like either by using the product categories or the search feature on top of every page. When you find the product(s) you would like, simply click "Add to cart". After, click "View Cart", it will allow you to update quantities or remove an item from your cart, or click "Checkout" to proceed to checkout. If you have an account, enter the login information to checkout, otherwise complete your shipping and billing information, then choose payment method and click "Place Order" to complete your order.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is not in stock, it will be indicated in our store and not available for purchase. If a specific order cannot be completed in full. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card.
Return Policy
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping. The “cooling off” period is a period you have as an online consumer in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not. By law, you have 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods/service in which you can cancel the contract, but we give you 30 days. You do not have to have a reason to cancel – a simple change of mind is enough.
If you would like to return a product from your order please use "Return requests" section in "My Account" menu. You will need to send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging.
You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your account.
Please note, we cannot accept items for return that have been opened or used.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
Order cancellation
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders can be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order or contact us and we'll do it for you.
Damage Claims
Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. However if we determine that there was in fact leaked or broken perfume, we will credit customer's account immediately. You may file a claim with us to investigate the situation using bottom menu link called "File a claim".
After receiving the claim, Brand-Perfumes.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to its warehouse for inspection. After inspection, we will pursue a claim with shipping company that they didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from shipping company, we will credit customer's account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months. However, there is no guarantee that shipping company will accept our claim.
Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Brand-Perfumes.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that he did not receive the product despite delivery confirmation, we cannot credit his account. We will pursue a claim with shipping company that they didn't deliver the product to the correct person or that they left the product in a susceptible area. If funds are returned to us from shipping company, we will credit customer's account. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months. However, there is no guarantee that shipping company will accept our claim.
If we determine that there was in fact product missing from the package, we will credit customer's account immediately.
